SEPARATED, BUT NOT DIVIDED

Leadership team meeting with both Ukrainians and Americans present

Today, during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to stay in touch. Fortunately, we have modern technology to assist us. Even though the quarantine keeps us from physically meeting, we are not divided or isolated. Every day of the week, SMU staff meets in various groups. Our work does not stop. The flu and quarantine cannot stop our mission.

Today, more than ever we appreciate simple things, especially the comfort of human touch. We look forward to the time when we can once again meet in person, hug each other, and share conversation and a meal.

“And let us not get tired of well-doing; for at the right time we will get in the grain, if we do not give way to weariness.” (Galatians 6:9)
